Rajasthan State’s Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot laid the foundation stone of Cancer Care Bhawan on the occasion of 25th Foundation Day of Bhagwan Mahaveer Cancer Hospital and Research Center and Cancer Care-Women’s Wing. Urban Development and Housing Minister Shanti Dhariwal also attended the program as the special guest. On the occasion Ashok Gehlot said that BMCHRC is constantly and selflessly working for social welfare and is providing world class treatment facilities to cancer patients without gaining any profit. This is the reason that the government is ever ready to support BMCHRC and its initiatives. Urban Development and Housing Minister Shanti Dhariwal also addressed everyone and said that government will surely support and provide land to all the future welfare schemes planned by BMCHRC and Cancer care. He also shared that how proud he felt by having a hospital in the state which provides free of cost treatment and stay facilities to the weaker section of the society. Dr. Sudhir Bhandari, Principle SMS Medical College also appreciated all the welfare work done by the hospital.
