All the above is well endorsed to the patient & attendents /family. If an admission is requested by a treating consultant the front office admission staff at the counter assist the admission process. The patient is requested to answer queries posed by the admission staff personnel. This information is necessary as the correct facts provided enable smooth functioning at the admission counter. Estimate is provided after the patient selects the relevant category of room. An advance deposit is made at the time of admission for which a receipt is issued.
