CANCER SURVIVOR MEET & GREET
Lifting up the spirits of everyone here, BMCHRC celebrates the annual Survivor’s Day with sole aim of propagating the goal of “Cancer is Curable”. The day is wholeheartedly dedicated to those who survived cancer and escaped the most difficult days in their life, and are now a beacon of hope for people who are battling the disease right now. We invite all the survivors on this day, honour their strength and struggle, and reiterate their stories to everyone.
Also, BMCHRC holds a quarterly birthday celebration for the child cancer patients at the hospital, jointly organized by the Cancer Care and Dreamz Foundation. The primary objective of the event is to motivate the children suffering from this overburdening disease and help them feel at ease. This goes on to eradicate their fear of visiting the hospital and/or of undergoing treatment.
