World No Tobacco Day-2025

On May 31st, 2025, World No-Tobacco Day was celebrated at BMCHRC. Haribhau Bagde, Rajyapal, was the Chief Guest of the Event. He urged the youth to stay away from tobacco and emphasized that it is highly dangerous and acts like poison.. Senior Vice Chairperson Mrs. Anila Kothari and the Executive Director also spoke about the harmful effects of tobacco and the various tobacco-control initiatives. Senior Vice Chairperson Mrs. Anila Kothari, Managing Trustee Mr. Vimal Chand Surana, Executive Director, HODs, doctors and other staff members were present at the event.
