BMCHRC, in collaboration with Vivekananda Global University, hosted a health talk on “Healthy Lifestyle & Rid of Addiction” on April 16, 2024. The panel included Maj. Gen. S C Pareek (Retd), Executive Director, BMCHRC; Dr. Paramjeet Singh, Senior Professor, SMS Medical College; Surbhi Mishra, Former International Squash Player; Dr. Mitesh Chandra Kaushik, Surgical Oncology, BMCHRC; Priyasi Surolia, Psycho Oncologist, BMCHRC; and Dr. Kashis Thaper, Founder, Pinkcity Psychiatry Clinic. They discussed the importance of eating right, exercising, managing mental health, and avoiding harmful habits like excessive screen time, alcohol, and tobacco. The panelists encouraged participants to seek support from specialists, friends, and family to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
